I usually love wearing lots of white and bright colors when the weather is warm, but sometimes I feel like going for a darker, edgier look, especially in the evenings.
For one of the evenings at Singapore Fashion Week, I chose an outfit that matched the event’s vibe. The tents were quite dark, and many Singaporeans favor black, so my outfit fit right in. It featured a lot of layers and asymmetric details.
The skirt had an asymmetric insert and a sheer top layer, which gave it a sexy and edgy feel. You can really see the sheer elements in the photos. I paired the skirt with a super asymmetrical top to highlight the outfit’s overall asymmetry.
I know many might prefer this look with a regular black top, but I enjoyed experimenting with layers and trying something different. After all, it was fashion week!
